Senior Living Solutions is directed by Cecilia Richardson, a senior housing specialist. After working in several large retirement facilities as community programs director she felt the need for more personalized referral service. Often families would come in ill-prepared, confused, and overwhelmed with what lied ahead of them. Current referral agencies often did not provide adequate consulting prior to placement in facilities. She is currently licensed by the Department of Social Services, California in Community Care (Residential-Elderly Administrator Certification Program (RCFE) # 5559967740). Her active RCFE license provides her with in-depth knowledge about the California state requirements that licensed communities must adhere to. She has a solid reputation in the senior and care community. Cecilia also is a member of East Bay Case Management Association, Inc. (EBCMA) and Social and Health Agency Resource Exchange (SHARE).

She is an active member of the General Federation of Women’s Club Dublin/San Ramon Chapter. She actively supports the senior community via the Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley. Cecilia has lived in Pleasanton for more than 15 years with her husband of 30+ years. Two of her children remain in the Bay Area while the third is residing on the East Coast. As the youngest of eight she personally went through the trials and tribulations with her own parents.
